Heidi J. Sproull L.M.S.W., C.S.T is a psychotherapist and sexual health educator with more than 30 years experience. Heidi comes to Tamarack from Ann Arbor Michigan where she has developed and taught her Sexual Health and Teen Resilience Curriculum at The Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor and at The Detroit Waldorf School since 2010. Heidi is an AASECT certified sex therapist and her psychotherapeutic work specializes in sexual health, chronic pain, recovery from sexual trauma and supporting mental, physical and emotional wellness throughout the life span. Additionally, Heidi teaches self defense workshops, consent certainty/embodied consent workshops and is involved in social justice work. Two of her children attended Waldorf education from parent-chlid classes through high school.

Heidi Sproull L.M.S.W., C.S.T. is at Tamarack Waldorf the week of April 25 to bring her proprietary curriculum to our teachers and students. Her parent night conversation will be focused on providing information, tips and support for parents as their children enter into puberty and adolescence as well as continuing our discussion on technology usage.
