Welcome, Ms. Olivia and Ms. Rachel!

Ms. Olivia grew up in Wauwatosa. After completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at UW-Madison, she joined the Peace Corps and was a volunteer for D/deaf education in Kenya. She is passionate about creating equal opportunities for all learners.

In her spare time, Olivia loves to go on hikes, spend time with loved ones, and read. She loves traveling and enjoys experiencing new cultures and learning new perspectives. Olivia is joining Tamarack as part of the Learning Support team.

Ms. Rachel grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota, moving to Milwaukee in 2018 to attend Marquette University. She graduated with her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences in 2022 and later graduated with her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2023. For her first years of work, she has primarily worked in senior nursing facilities with adults who have cognitive disabilities, brain injuries, and swallowing disorders. However, Rachel has recently felt called to work with younger students and is grateful to be part of Tamarack's community. Rachel is passionate about providing a space for students to communicate in their own, meaningful, and authentic way with the support of speech therapy services. She is joining Tamarack as a speech therapist.

In her spare time, you can find Rachel reading, taking long walks on the Oak Leaf trail, traveling home to spend time at her cabin, dancing, and practicing yoga.
